In accordance with Article 13 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we are informing the user that all the personal data collected by Paper Tech UK Ltd. through browsing this website will be processed according to the current privacy legislation.
This web page describes how personal data are processed and protected.
The information provided is also based on the guidelines contained in Recommendation 2/2001, which was adopted by the European data protection authorities within the working party set up under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/CE in order to protect the collection of personal data of users visiting our website for whatever purpose. By accepting the contents of the following policy, the user consents to the collection and to the usage of personal information (as defined below).
Personal data collected during account Novacart subscription
In order to register to our website https://www.novacart.com the user will have to fill the registration form that will allow us to collect some personal data and information as the name, surname, Company information, e-mail address and interest product categories.
Purposes of treatment
We hereby inform the user that all the data collected by the registration or through public records or documents, will be processed in compliance with the previous mentioned regulations and with Paper Tech UK Ltd. confidentiality obligations. The treatments carried out by Paper Tech will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights. The data will be used for commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, as well as for management and statistical purposes. The personal data are processed in a lawful manner, according to correctness and with utmost confidentiality and are stored both on computer media and on hard copy. The user data may be shared with our business network, with administrator and commercial consultants, with carriers for delivery of samples of promotional material and with other investee or controlled companies.
Further purposes
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. That information is not collected to be associated with identified parties concerned, but that by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow identifying users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users that connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information regarding websites use and to verify its correct operation. The data will be delated immediately after the usage.

The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data in our possession at any stage of the processing process. The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the GDPR. The collected data are used in compliance with the current legislation on privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016).
Place of processing
The information will be processed by the Data Controller in its legal and administrative office in Skill Centre, Limberline Spur, Portsmouth PO3 5LF.
Refusal to provide data
The user can refuse to provide to the Data Controller the browsing data. The user may set or configure the browser to block or disable cookies. Uninstalling cookies could impede the proper functioning of the website.
Data addressees
No data deriving from website service (therefore browsing data specified above or cookies) is communicated or disseminated (save communication to judicial or police bodies if necessary). The data are processed by personnel specifically appointed in writing to the processing of data (administrative staff, persons in charge of relations with the public, person in charge of the management of information systems who may also perform functions as system administrator, personnel in the marketing sector, interns, data processors and their collaborators who are responsible for managing the site, not only inside but also outside the Company) only if data treatment is necessary to carry out their duties by performing only the operations necessary for the performance of the tasks.

The external companies can process the data also through specifically employees appointed in writing that will process the data for the same purposes, for which their supervisors have been appointed by Novacart S.p.A. The data provided by the user can be communicated to the subjects for whom there is a duty of communication in accordance with the law or a need for communication to assert the right of the company to the bodies in charge.
Storage time
The data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user. The data collected subscribing to the newsletter will be stored for as long as the user decides to unsubscribe it. The user can always, at any time, request the interruption of the treatment or cancelation of the data.
Data transfer
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to unauthorized parties resident in third countries or to international organizations.
Revocation of Consent
With reference to Art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the user can withdraw his consent at any time.
Rights of the interested

Proposition of the complaint
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence. Automated decision-making processes The Data Controller does not process treatments consisting of automated decision-making processes.
